Triumph Spitfire Restoration

It is interesting how the cars we restore find their way around the world. This lovely 1966 Spitfire is a prime example – as it now resides in Singapore. The restoration project concentrated on the bodywork and included new door skins, rear quarter panels, boot, sills, b-posts, rear panel and a front wing.

The bodywork was taken down to bare metal before being resprayed in stunning Signal Red. The original engine and gearbox components were saved, but both went through an extensive testing process to ensure smooth reliability for years to come. The car was given a new interior including beautiful leather seats.
